Price List

The displayed prices are for night, and include free parking, Tv, free wifi and use of the espresso machine.

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit within 3 days of the booking. The deposit is nonrefundable in case of cancellation. In case of early departure the complete sum of the reservation has to be paid, including the days that are detracted from the stay.
