Farmhouse Apartment Rules

- Use of the apartment

• The apartment is intended exclusively for the guests indicated in the booking.

• No additional guests are permitted without authorization.

• Guests are required to use the accommodation with care and respect, keeping it in good condition.

- Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm

• Check-out: by 10 am

• Any changes must be agreed upon in advance.

- Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the stay; it can be requested in advance and is available for €10 per person. A sweet and savory breakfast featuring fresh, local produce is available.

- Cleaning

• Mandatory final cleaning: €60 per stay (not included in the price).

• Upon check-out, the apartment must be left:

  • with washed dishes

  • waste disposed of correctly

  • furnishings in order

• In case of excessive dirt, an extraordinary cleaning fee of €100 will be applied.

- Extra cleaning

• Available upon request during your stay.

• Cost: €50 per procedure

• Extra linen change: €10 per person.

- Linen

• Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels included.

• Weekly change included for stays of at least 7 nights.

• Additional changes available for a fee.

- Air conditioning

• The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

• Responsible use is required, avoiding leaving it on with windows or doors open.

• In case of incorrect use, the management reserves the right to intervene.

- Exclusive balcony

• The balcony is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

• It is permitted to use it for relaxation and breakfast.

• It is prohibited:

  • throw objects or cigarette butts

  • hang out laundry so it is visible from the outside

• Please respect the peace and quiet of other guests.

- Silence and quiet

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted.

- Animals

• Pets NOT allowed, of any size.

- Smoke

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

• Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, using the ashtrays.

• In case of persistent odors or damage, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

- Damages and Liability

• Any damage must be reported promptly.

• Costs for damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.

- Acceptance of the rules

By booking, the guest fully accepts these regulations.
